Mrs. Stacey's Elementary Music Classes
Hello!
My name is Stacey Qualls and I teach PreK - 6th grade music at Buffalo Island Central Elementary. I am a proud 1985 graduate of the 1st graduating class of Buffalo Island Central. My husband Jeff (a 1984 graduate of Monette High School) and I have three children that are all graduates of BIC. This is my 20th year teaching in the BIC school district where I am a proud Mustang! Before joining the BIC teaching family, I owned and operated Qualls Studio of Music for 8 years. I love to read, travel with my family, work in my yard and play the piano.
My goal is to instill a love and appreciation of the musical/performing arts in every student by exposing them to diverse musical styles, cultures and methods. Each class meets once a week where we vocalize and learn new musical concepts through instruction, practice, games and activities. We rarely sit still and enjoy music-inspired movements and activities. Music is FUN!
